We are seeking a full-time site manager with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience.

Our projects are situated in the South East and Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, with an ASAP start date.

About the Role:

  • On-site supervision and management of trades for assigned projects
  • Collaboration with Project Managers, ensuring administrative tasks are completed while focusing on day-to-day site operations
  • Reporting to the director, responsible for:
    • Day-to-day site supervision, suppliers, trades, and contractors, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company standards
    • Overseeing OH&S practices and maintaining a safe workplace
    • Managing projects according to construction programs, specifications, and site documents
    • Liaising with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
    • Maintaining attention to detail and quality across projects from start to finish
    • Controlling all on-site records and adhering to best building practices

Requirements:

  • Trade background with preference given to carpentry
  • Excellent understanding of construction drawings
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Natural leadership skills and self-motivation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in construction site management
  • 1+ year of experience in site management
