**Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our close-knit team. As a key member of our team, you will work with individuals who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace. Your role will involve assessing and delivering targeted intervention strategies to improve life independence, vocational capacity, and functional performance.

**Responsibilities:*

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, and equipment assessments.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and return to work.
  • Develop and implement targeted intervention strategies to improve life independence, vocational capacity, and functional performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes.

**Requirements:

  • Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
  • Qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Passion for injury prevention and facilitation of return to independence at work and at home.
  • Exceptional communication skills and commitment to delivering what is promised.
