As a rehabilitation consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries.
We focus on delivering family values and personalised care to tailor a rehabilitation plan for each individual.
Key Responsibilities- Apply clinical reasoning to support clients with injuries, working within a multidisciplinary team with a holistic care approach.
- Perform various assessments depending on your clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite assessments, and ergonomic assessments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including injured employees, employers, medical specialists, and other allied health professionals.
- Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans for clients with injuries from motor vehicle accidents or workplace injuries.

Requirements- Current unrestricted registration or eligibility with the relevant industry body.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Nursing.
- Strong clinical reasoning and the ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams.
- Passion for helping people rehabilitate and ability to work autonomously.
