Completions Coordinator

As a key member of the CPB Contractors Pty Limited team, the Completions Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with construction teams to capture and collate project delivery records in the electronic document management system.
  • Verify handover packages and compile required construction documents, system certification, and related documentation.
  • Liaise with site construction teams, including vendors, to ensure progress of completions.
  • Monitor and review subcontractors' completions deliverables to ensure quality obligations are met.
  • Coordinate with the Hexagon team and construction team to obtain system assurance certificates.
  • Attend handover inspection walks and punch list walks as required, and progress closeout of punch list items in the system.
  • Track and report completions progress.
  • Review compliance records and close out construction lots.
  • Oversee the closure of project delivery records and ensure completeness to satisfy Client requirements.
  • Assist in compiling data and information for the weekly/monthly Quality performance reports.
  • Participate in meetings to discuss completions performance.

Requirements:

  • Recognized degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of construction experience within an established Quality Management System.
  • Previous experience in a completions role within the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of Hexagon completions system, PowerBi (Highly Regarded).
  • Able to follow QMP and relevant processes.
  • Awareness of applicable Australian and International standards - both technical and related to the management system.
  • Ability to follow up required completions documents, review, and confirm their integrity.
  • Ability to review process and procedure documents, drawings, checklist, ITP for completions requirements.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, etc., and adaptability to utilize the completions system.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a high level of accuracy within scheduled timelines.
  • Effective communication with all levels of management and staff, verbal and written.
  • Well-developed consultation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Advanced presentation skills with the ability to demonstrate and train others.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the safety and health framework, policies, and management system requirements and expectations.
