The Restaurant Operations Supervisor is a key position responsible for overseeing the daily activities of multiple food and beverage outlets. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in managing daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies for improving service quality and efficiency.
- Supervise and support staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to strategize on new product and service offerings.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions.
- Maintain excellent relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and beverage service.
- Proven experience with point of sale systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and cost control principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous while focusing on guest needs.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
