Role Summary

The ideal candidate for this role is a charismatic leader who can effectively coordinate daily operations in our bar, conference and events, and leisure guest areas.

This position involves overseeing a team of Food & Beverage Attendants, providing hands-on leadership, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership to the F&B Attendant team;
  • Direct and assist F&B Attendants with their daily duties;
  • Liaise between management, kitchens, conference and events sales, bar, and staff to proactively prevent issues and resolve them efficiently;
  • Anticipate member, guest, and visitor needs, and provide timely and courteous service;
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of menu and wine lists;
  • Carry out F&B Attendant duties such as taking orders, running food, making coffee, serving guests, setting tables, running the pass, dispensing beverages, cleaning sections, etc.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar supervisory role;
  • Experience in both conference and events, bar, and leisure environments (hotel, resort, or convention venue experience highly regarded);
  • A strong passion for developing employees through training and upskilling;
  • A high work ethic and genuine love of hospitality to deliver exceptional service standards;
  • The ability to use initiative and manage daily workloads to ensure smooth operations within the C&E team.
