Product Growth Specialist

Drive impactful customer journeys with a focus on usability, performance and conversion. Develop top-of-funnel experiences, frontend experiments, and collaborate across design, data, marketing and product to drive real business impact.

About This Role
  • Commercial product engineering experience in growth, A/B testing or experimentation-driven work
  • Proficiency in Vue.js (or React) and solid fundamentals in frontend architecture
  • Comfortable working across the stack, or keen to grow backend skills (Node.js)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and iterate on landing pages, onboarding flows, builder funnel and frontend experiments focused on usability and performance
  • Participate in customer discovery and bring insights back into design and development
  • Collaborate with designers, data, marketing and product to drive measurable impact and fast feedback

  • A bias for shipping, learning and iterating quickly
  • Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to work cross-functionally
  • Product thinking: you care about customer outcomes, not just shipping code
