About the Role

This is a senior strategic position playing an important and significant role in ensuring leaders and staff can transform into an organisation where our community will benefit from sector leading services we provide.

It is responsible for leading key components of our People Strategy Action Plan, including:

  • building an empowered, capable and high-achieving workforce
  • developing inspiring leaders who embrace the challenges ahead and champion change
  • delivering on our organisational cultural programs and initiatives to be inclusive of our diversity, values and goals
  • continually improving our employee experience and engagement.

The role acts as a subject matter expert advising on contemporary organisational culture and organisational development approaches.

Skills & Experience

  • Significant experience in successfully planning, designing, and delivering organisational cultural projects and initiatives, including the facilitation of workshops and information sessions.
  • Advanced level of written communication and report writing skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, influence, lead and work with others to address complex issues
  • Experience in project management.
  • Qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology or related disciplines with experience in organisational development or lesser qualifications with extensive and diverse experience in a similar position.
