Job Opportunity

A highly skilled Contract Administrator is sought for a full-time, site-based role on a commercial project based in Perth. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-resourced team delivering a high-value project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage head and subcontractor agreements from award through close-out
  • Prepare and process variations, progress claims, and contract reports
  • Support procurement, budget tracking, and compliance documentation
  • Work closely with the Project Manager, site team, and consultants
  • Ensure all commercial processes align with project timelines and company standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on commercial projects
  • Strong understanding of cost control, construction contracts, and procurement
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in Jobpac and Procore software is preferred
  • Perth-based experience and full Australian working rights are preferable
