- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and document management.
- Procure subcontractors and administer contracts.
- Monitor budgets and provide detailed financial reports.
- Develop and maintain construction programs using Microsoft Project.
- Review and negotiate subcontractor claims.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and internal teams.
- Evaluate compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Project Management.
- Experience as a project manager with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 commercial builder, delivering commercial projects up to $50M in value.
- Prior experience as a Contracts Administrator within the commercial sector.
- Strong skills in cost management, contract administration, and reporting.
- Expertise in subcontractor procurement and scope packaging.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Local WA-based experience is highly desirable.
- Full working rights in Australia (essential).
