Concrete Production Supervisor

About this role
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our concrete production plant. Your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and promote a strong safety culture at all times
- Oversee the production of concrete using multiple systems and processes
- Allocate and assign loads to drivers
- Manage stock levels and coordinate deliveries
- Supervise contractors carrying out site maintenance
- Perform yard maintenance and operate front-end loaders
- Operate forklifts and handle bagged products
About you:
- You will be a self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently
- You will be willing to go the extra mile to support a strong team culture
- You will be passionate about safety and have a strong work ethic
- You will have effective communication skills and be able to work under pressure
- You will be physically able to perform all duties associated with the position
- You will hold a valid driver's license and own transport, with front-end loader or forklift competency an advantage
- You will be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screening
