About this role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our concrete production plant. Your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and promote a strong safety culture at all times
  • Oversee the production of concrete using multiple systems and processes
  • Allocate and assign loads to drivers
  • Manage stock levels and coordinate deliveries
  • Supervise contractors carrying out site maintenance
  • Perform yard maintenance and operate front-end loaders
  • Operate forklifts and handle bagged products

About you:

  • You will be a self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently
  • You will be willing to go the extra mile to support a strong team culture
  • You will be passionate about safety and have a strong work ethic
  • You will have effective communication skills and be able to work under pressure
  • You will be physically able to perform all duties associated with the position
  • You will hold a valid driver's license and own transport, with front-end loader or forklift competency an advantage
  • You will be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screening
