Job Title: Senior Campaign Strategist

About the Role:

TPG Telecom is seeking a skilled Senior Campaign Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing operations team, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer engagement campaigns that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end campaign build and delivery using Portrait, TPG's customer marketing platform.
  • Design and optimize campaigns to maximize open rates and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and automation.
  • Contribute to the development of a culture of test and learn in the team.
  • Other responsibilities include document campaigns, staying abreast of customer mapping and movements, and working with the CLM Transformation team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in customer campaign execution, ideally in a telco, bank, or subscription media company.
  • Strong SQL skills and good understanding of relational database structure.
  • Analytically driven with a demonstrated record of using insights to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
  • Understands data-driven marketing, digital marketing, marketing analytics, and lead management.
