Business Growth Specialist

This is a pivotal role in driving growth for the charter and special events business.
About the Role:- The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Drive sales and foster growth of the charter business in the region.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to refine existing business strategies and identify new market opportunities.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors and maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with Operations Controllers to ensure effective charter allocations.
- Coordinate with workshop and cleaning teams to meet large charter requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, schools, employees, and the broader community to deliver services that exceed expectations.
- Prepare accurate and timely ad-hoc reports for the Sales Manager as needed.
- A proven track record in sales and marketing.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- A self-motivated, positive, and adaptable approach is necessary for success in this fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
