Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill the position of Fundraising Business Process Analyst. This permanent, full-time role is based out of Melbourne with flexible/hybrid WFH arrangements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality of Fundraising Donor Information within CRM (Blackbaud) and ensuring the validity of CRM Donor Information. This is crucial for the accuracy of Business (Fundraising) reporting and analytics within the Fundraising Department.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve Donor Data Quality within CRM
  • Support the development of structured processes from data ingestion to usage, empowering informed fundraising decisions
  • Investigate data lineage to improve workflows and ensure efficient use of CRM information
  • Implement bulk updates and system upgrades using tools like Brightvine Loader
  • Create exception reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues, such as duplicates or inaccuracies
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience managing databases, especially CRM (Blackbaud)
  • Skilled in Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and understanding database structures
  • Proven experience in CRM administration and data management
  • Knowledge of programming, reporting requirements, and the donor journey
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools and a passion for data-driven solutions
