About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced fundraiser to manage day-to-day campaign operations, ensuring seamless execution of our national strategy. Key responsibilities include developing and overseeing stewardship and cultivation strategies to foster best practice donor engagement and management, liaising with stakeholders, including the CEO, Board Members, and fundraising teams, to achieve campaign goals, building relationships with individual donors, PAFs, and foundations to secure transformational gifts, and collaborating with external agencies to deliver quiet phase to public phase campaign rollouts.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • High-level relationship fundraising experience with a background in securing gifts from various funders.
  • Strategic planning experience with innovative approaches to significant philanthropic targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with project management expertise.
