As a Technical Officer, you will play a hands-on role in supporting cutting-edge initiatives that directly impact students, teachers, and school communities.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical advice: Assist with ICT operations, including acquisition, installation, operation, maintenance, repair, and replacement.
  • Technical support: Provide expert guidance and assistance with electronic equipment to the school community.
  • Maintenance and repairs: Perform regular preventative maintenance, routine, and emergency repairs to all ICT facilities and associated electronic equipment.

We require someone with strong technical knowledge of server hardware and configuration, networking peripherals, and PC desktop and laptop systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work as part of a team.
