Building Consultant Position

We are seeking a seasoned building consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in inspecting and assessing building defects, providing advisory consulting services to various clients.

  • Conduct technical due diligence reporting, condition and building defects audits, dilapidation surveys, make-good assessments, maintenance forecasts, and project management.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and recommend solutions for building defects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in building defects, building surveying, remedial, façade, forensic, or structural engineering.
  • Friendly and personable approach.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to travel locally within Sydney LGAs.
