- Source and create career opportunities for clients, ensuring sustainable and suitable matches.
- Champion inclusive employment practices, promoting workforce diversity and addressing barriers faced by people with disabilities.
- Engage with employers to address skill shortages through role carving, recruitment strategies, and training programs.
- Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer-client compatibility.
- Prepare workplaces for disability inclusion through adjustments and training.
- Facilitate employer training on disability awareness and inclusion.
- Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
- Promote the organization as a trusted provider supporting people with disabilities to achieve career goals.
- Meet or exceed performance benchmarks and champion values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.
