About our Disability Support Role:
Job Description:We support individuals and organisations throughout the employment journey, offering tailored rehabilitation and disability services that promote wellbeing, recovery and successful return to work.
- Guide injured individuals back into the workforce with empathy and expertise
- Conduct meaningful assessments and support career transition
- Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to craft impactful solutions
- Design Return to Work plans focused on recovery and resilience
- Visit workplaces to identify challenges and champion safer environments
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Qualified in Occupational Therapy, Registered with AHPRA or ESSA, Full working rights + Australian Driver's Licence
