We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to support individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing holistic rehabilitation plans that cater to each client's unique needs.

The ideal candidate will possess clinical expertise and reasoning skills to tailor a career pathway that meets the individual's career goals. You will work closely with clients to help them return to their previous job or find new employment opportunities.

  • Support workers with injuries across various schemes, including Work Cover, Department of Veterans Affairs, and Comcare portfolios
  • Work with diverse industries and client groups, such as transport, agriculture, government, construction, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, and professional services

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA or ESSA
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Nursing
  • Strong clinical reasoning nous
  • Ability to engage with multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals
  • Experience in conducting clinical assessments
  • An unwavering passion to help people rehabilitate
