The Role: Rehabilitation Consultant

Guide injured individuals back into the workforce with empathy and expertise. Conduct thorough assessments and develop career transition plans. Collaborate with health professionals, employers, and insurers to create impactful solutions. Design Return to Work plans focused on recovery and resilience.

About You

You will be a qualified Occupational Therapist, registered with AHPRA or ESSA, with full working rights and an Australian Driver's Licence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workplace visits in Cairns or surrounding areas to identify challenges and promote safer environments.
  • Work collaboratively with health professionals, employers, and insurers to develop effective Return to Work plans.
  • Support injured individuals in their career transition, promoting their recovery and resilience.
