Job Opportunity: Company Secretary Role

This is an excellent chance to be part of a well-supported company secretariat team, delivering high-quality company secretarial and compliance services across a diverse portfolio of entities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the smooth running of Board and committee meetings, including agenda preparation and review of Board papers.
  2. Attend meetings and prepare accurate draft minutes.
  3. Manage statutory registers, annual solvency resolutions and regulatory filings.
  4. Maintain entity records and lodgements in entity management systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' company secretarial experience, ideally with exposure to complex structures and listed or unlisted investment structures.
  • Progress towards or completion of governance qualifications.
  • Strong experience in drafting Board minutes and supporting governance frameworks.
  • Proficiency with entity management systems.
