We're looking for passionate Support Workers to join our expanding team across the Wollongong and Kiama regions. This is an exciting time to come on board—help shape the future of care while building a career with real purpose.
Job Responsibilities- Provide personal care and medication support for clients.
- Assist clients with domestic tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, or preparing meals.
- Accompany clients on grocery shopping trips, sharing stories and laughter along the way.
No two days are the same, but each one is meaningful.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A passion for helping others.
- Cert III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or working towards it (we also have positions that don't require qualification).
- A driver's licence, reliable vehicle, First Aid/CPR, WWCC.
- Confidence using smartphones/tablets.
