**The Opportunity**

We are currently recruiting Support Workers to provide in-home and community-based support to NDIS participants in Western Sydney. If you are compassionate, reliable, and genuinely passionate about empowering others, we want to hear from you

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Assisting clients with personal care, domestic duties, and daily living skills
- Supporting participants in accessing the community, appointments, and social activities
- Implementing individual support and behaviour management plans
- Promoting choice, control, and independence in all areas of life
- Documenting accurate progress notes and incident reports
- Working collaboratively with clients, families, and allied health professionals

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 6-12 months experience in a support or care role
- Cert III or IV in Disability, Mental Health, Individual Support, or related field
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
- Driver’s licence and fully insured, reliable vehicle
- Understanding of the NDIS Code of Conduct and participant rights
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and professionalism

Pay: $40.00 - $41.76 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 38 per week
