Product Design Director

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Product Design Director to lead our digital product development efforts in the HealthTech/MedTech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, driving the strategy and roadmap for merging two platforms into one unified, cutting-edge solution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and priorities, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Work with engineering, design, and business teams to develop features that improve functionality and the overall user experience.
- Conduct user research and gather insights to deeply understand customer pain points and needs, translating these into product features that deliver high value.
- Manage the product backlog, sprints, and releases, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Lead a collaborative team approach, working closely with stakeholders to ensure all product goals are met.
- Leverage analytics to track product performance, measure success, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Continuously iterate on the product, incorporating customer feedback and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
About You:
We are looking for a strategic thinker with experience in leading digital products through all stages of the lifecycle, ideally within startups or scaleups. Experience in HealthTech or MedTech is highly regarded.
You should have a strong ability to align various stakeholders on product vision and execution, as well as a strong appreciation for user-centered design and the ability to work closely with design teams to deliver seamless, functional products.
