Sales Support Expert

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will work closely with the sales and customer success teams to assist in guiding them on deal structures that maximize revenue while addressing complex details involved in non-standard contracting processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize pricing and packaging initiatives, supporting business growth as we scale.
  • Advise account teams on deal structure and quoting, advising on alternative contract options and value propositioning to drive deal closure.
  • Monitor the deal support ticket queue for general quoting assistance and advice on common deal questions and Proposal to Cash process questions.
  • Advising sales reps on complex requests and escalating to senior members of the team for compliance with internal business policies and revenue recognition guidelines.
Requirements

We are seeking individuals with:

  • 1-3 years of experience in order management, sales operations, or business operations role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
