Business Analyst - Sales Operations

">Job Description:

The role of a Business Analyst in the sales operations team involves working closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions to improve customer relationships.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing existing CRM processes and data flows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Designing solutions aligned with Dynamics 365 capabilities and best practices.
  • Acting as the primary administrator for the system, including troubleshooting and resolving issues once the system is live.
  • System onboarding of new users and offboarding of users exiting the business.
  • Collaborating with sales leaders, third-party developers, and broad business stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure successful delivery of CRM enhancements and projects.
  • Leading business UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure solutions meet business acceptance criteria.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience within sales operations with knowledge of best practices and trends.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Strong analytical skills to collect and interpret large and complex data sets, apply statistical methods, create forecasts, and make recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to speak confidently and support CRM system users and management.
  • Experience with system configuration, workflows, business rules, and dashboards in Dynamics 365.
  • Proficiency in business process modelling and requirement documentation techniques.
  • Knowledge of integration tools and APIs for Dynamics 365.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Experience in CM software implementation and support, data management, sales or customer service support advantageous.
  • Cybersecurity awareness.
  • Strong MS Excel skills with large and complex data sets.
