**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Operations Centre Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • **Key Responsibilities:

    Deliver exceptional service to clients by identifying and responding to their needs in a timely manner.

    Support data quality controls and measures by ensuring all information in the system is accurate and up-to-date.

    Record and escalate complaints, opportunities for improvement, and feedback from clients as necessary.

  • **Duties Include:

    Co-ordinate outbound call queues to enhance the client experience and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

    Maintain, manage, and update databases as required.

    Ensure all critical incidents are logged and reported.

**Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting rostering for large workforces.
  • Demonstrated experience in services in call centre/operations centre roles.
  • Understanding of risk-based incident management from previous roles.
  • Competency with Rostering Systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Training services support experience.
  • Understanding of Security and Cleaning operations in Retail and Commercial, Aviation and Parklands.
  • Understanding of Cleaning Services Award and Security Services Industry Award.
