Biosolids Management Expertise

As a Biosolids Practice Leader, you will drive the development and implementation of business strategies across North America in tandem with industry sector leadership.

This role demands an experienced professional with a strong background in wastewater biosolids processing, including thickening/dewatering, digestion, advanced stabilization, thermal hydrolysis, heat drying, beneficial end use, and regulatory compliance.

You will work closely with various regions and business lines to advance multiple strategies for growing biosolids services within the wastewater market sector.

The position involves leading the organization and preparation of a comprehensive business plan for solids processing and biosolids management, conducting an assessment of marketplace opportunities, gauging HDR prospects, and developing prioritized client targets.

You will also leverage industry contacts to expand relationships with technical staff and clients in key locations aligned with biosolids development plans.

This is a full-time position requiring a deep understanding of the biosolids management industry and the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
