Director of Biosolids Operations

Lead a multidisciplinary team of scientists, economists, analysts and artists to advance the biosolids practice through technical leadership, business development and direct client work.
This role is critical in expanding HDR's market share and branding in the North American wastewater market by developing and implementing business strategies across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies for the biosolids practice in coordination with Wastewater Market Sector leadership and other technical Business Class Directors.
- Lead the organization and preparation of a business plan for solids processing and biosolids management.
- Conduct market research and develop prioritized client targets.
- Collaborate with regional and national committees to advance the biosolids practice and participate in the development of marketing materials.
- Direct billable work on wastewater biosolids consulting assignments serving municipal and industrial clients.
