Key Responsibilities
">As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and championing best practices in stock management, visual merchandising and operational procedures.

- Proven experience working in a customer-centric retail environment within a Team Leader, Supervisor or 3IC role with exposure to customer service and supervising a team.">
- Passionate about providing great customer service and championing best practices in stock, service, safety and operational procedures to set the standards for your team.">
- Ability to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in the overall running of the store with the confidence to step up when needed.">
- Highly personable and confident individual who has an outstanding ability to develop interpersonal relationships with customers and colleagues.">
- Consultative selling experience with proven ability to find the right products for our customers and instill confidence.">
- Ability to multitask and cope with changing priorities.">
- Highly creative with a keen eye for detail.">
