We are seeking an individual who can provide outstanding customer service over the phone, email and at the front counter. You will be responsible for troubleshooting customer queries, answering questions and providing quotes to customers. You will also be required to enter sales data, perform general invoicing, administration and purchasing tasks.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar customer service role, be able to build relationships with diverse clients, and possess a can-do attitude and strong desire to learn and develop their skillset.
