Customer Experience Expert
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Expert. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales or a similar customer-focused role. They will be responsible for providing outstanding customer experiences, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Maintaining a clean and well-presented store
- Providing product knowledge and demonstrations
- Assisting with warehouse duties, including stock management and loading/unloading deliveries
Requirements:
- Experience in retail sales or a similar customer-focused role
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using technology and administrative tasks
