Job Title: Project Delivery Specialist

At Zenobē, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our HV/LV electrical infrastructure construction projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of these projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assume overall responsibility for project delivery, coordinating with principal contractors and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain strict adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards, aligned with Australian regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues early on.
  • Escalate any defects or non-conformances promptly to minimize delays and costs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, risk assessments, safe work method statements, inspection and test plans, and waste management plans.
  • Directly manage contractors on site to meet contracted obligations and quality, safety, and programme requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of work progress, issues, and activities on-site.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale HV/LV electrical infrastructure construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian Health & Safety and Environmental regulations, design and construction standards, and quality assurance.
  • Relevant certifications such as White Card and WHS qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
