Job Opportunity

The role of Trainer and Assessor is a crucial position within our organization, responsible for providing additional support to the team in the successful delivery of programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training when required
  • Use your experience to engage students and use different forms of communication to gain positive outcomes
  • Conduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirements
About You:
  • You are a driven, supportive, and community-minded person, working with disadvantaged learners and non-English speakers to support them in building future opportunities for themselves through learning
  • You have strong knowledge of the VET sector and the National Standards for RTOs (2015)
  • You possess excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational areas
Qualifications:
  • Current Cert IV TAE or Diploma in Adult Education plus Bachelor with TESOL or
  • An undergraduate degree with a postgraduate qualification in TESOL or equivalent qualifications or willingness to complete a postgraduate qualification in TESOL
