The Participant Support Officer will play a pivotal role in enhancing the learning experiences of students and contribute to the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program.
This position involves working closely with participants, conducting support sessions, and assisting them in achieving their goals.
Pivotal Responsibilities:- Providing referrals assistance and supporting participants' transition into the Program
- Leading support sessions and helping students meet their objectives
- Ability to work effectively with diverse participants
- Highly driven, supportive, and community-focused individual capable of working with learners and non-English speakers
- Excellent administrative skills for managing student records
