We are seeking an exceptional Training and Assessment Professional to join our team in delivering high-quality training programs to disadvantaged learners.
As a Trainer and Assessor, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) or Skills for Education Employment and Training (SEE) program.
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver training sessions when required, utilizing effective learning techniques and maintaining a student-centered approach.
You will also identify barriers to learning and implement strategies to support student attendance, conduct pre-training assessments, and develop training plans to meet contract requirements.
About You:- You must be a driven, supportive, and community-minded individual with strong communication skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, working with diverse groups of people.
- Possessing excellent knowledge of the VET sector and the National Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).
- Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational areas.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or Diploma in Adult Education plus Bachelor degree with TESOL qualification or equivalent qualifications.
- Familiarity with the Australian Core Skills Framework is highly desirable.
