Job Title: Property Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Property Management Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, managing property portfolios, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients, responding promptly to their queries and concerns.
  • List and manage residential rental properties throughout the entire process, ensuring seamless communication with landlords and tenants.
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and negotiate rental income, considering the needs of both parties.
  • Organise and conduct inspections for potential tenants, showcasing the property's features and amenities.
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople to ensure timely resolution of issues and maintenance requirements.
  • Handle prospective tenant enquiries, providing clear and concise information about the property and its surroundings.
  • Assist in preparing tenancy agreements, tailoring them to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections, documenting any damage or discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, monitoring the condition and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage diary and administration tasks efficiently, prioritising deadlines and appointments.
  • Conduct open inspections with prospective tenants, highlighting the property's features and selling points.
  • Handle property maintenance and arrears, ensuring prompt action is taken to address any issues.
  • Represent the business and owners at NCAT, advocating for their interests.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required, supporting the team in achieving their goals.
  • Answer phone calls, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • National Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable motor vehicle
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Professional mindset and attitude
  • Ability to manage and prioritise time effectively
