About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of cleaning tasks throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors.
  • Operate various equipment and cleaning products to maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation in the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices.
  • Collect and store trolleys from in and around the store and carpark, ensuring they are clean and ready for use.
About You
  • You will be working in a fast-paced environment, both indoors and outdoors, and will be trusted to work autonomously and in a team setting.
  • You will be committed to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
  • You will have a keen eye for detail and cleanliness, and a passion for working safely and adhering to our safe work practices.
  • You will be able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
  • You will be active and physically fit, able to lift up to 17kgs, and available to work a wide variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week.
