Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Reception team at Panthers Port Macquarie. As a Reception Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Main Duties:

  • Meet and greet members and guests, signing them in and providing information on club activities and promotions;
  • Handle customer enquiries in person and over the phone, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Inform members and guests about upcoming events, functions, and dining options, promoting the club's offerings and enhancing the overall experience;
  • Cash handling and operating cash registers, maintaining accurate records and ensuring a secure environment;
  • Perform general cleaning duties as required, maintaining a clean and tidy reception area.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment;
  • A high standard of personal grooming and a charismatic personality, with a welcoming nature and ability to work efficiently and proactively;
  • RSA and RCG qualifications, with a history of accurate cash handling and basic computer skills;
  • Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to work 24/7, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
