At Coles Supermarkets, we're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our stores provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment, where you'll be trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting. You'll be responsible for working through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store, using various equipment and cleaning products to maintain a high level of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough cleaning tasks throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors.
  • Collect trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark, ensuring they are stored safely and securely.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store cleanliness and safety standards.

About You

  • You'll be a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
  • You'll be physically fit and able to lift up to 17kgs, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing great customer experiences.
  • You'll be available to work a wide variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week.
