Reception Attendant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Reception team at Panthers Port Macquarie.

As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and impressive experience for everyone who enters our club.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests;
  • Meet, greet, and sign in all patrons entering the club;
  • Handle customer enquiries in person and over the phone;
  • Inform members and guests about upcoming events, functions, promotions, and dining options;
  • Cash handling and operating cash registers;
  • Perform general cleaning duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills;
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously;
  • High standard of personal grooming;
  • Charismatic personality and a welcoming nature;
  • Ability and initiative to work efficiently and proactively;
  • RSA and RCG qualifications;
  • A history of accurate cash handling is essential;
  • Basic computer skills would be advantageous.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, reliable, and able to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
