About The Role As a Rural Real Estate Agent, you will specialise in the prospecting, listing and sale of rural properties including farms, acreages/ lifestyle blocks, and agricultural land.
Your understanding of the unique characteristics and challenges of rural real estate, from zoning and land use regulations to water rights, soil types, and infrastructure will enable you to build relative relationships.
Working closely with landowners, investors, and buyers to provide expert advice, market analysis, and tailored marketing strategies that highlight the value and potential of each property.
Strong relationships within rural communities, a passion for the land, and the ability to navigate both traditional and digital marketing channels are key to success in this role.
A market competitive remuneration package is available with some flexibility in the structure depending on applicant experience and proven sales history.

The role will operate from our newly open full branch site on Taylor Street Toowoomba.
