Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Global Claims Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with medical or travel assistance while they are abroad.
  • You will provide administrative support and manage claims in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and process claims within 10 business days.
  • Communicate effectively with insurers, brokers, and insured parties.
  • Operate as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve common goals.
  • Manage daily workflow to maintain KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in a business or health-related discipline (preferable).
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Initiative and proactivity.
  • Knowledge of general business practices.
