We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential House Manager to join our team.
The successful applicant will have experience in Case Management and Residential House Management, managing teams of youth workers and holding a current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
This is a deeply rewarding career path where you will work directly with vulnerable young people to build life skills, healthy attachments and independence.
- Key responsibilities include advocacy, case management and team supervision in an isolated environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills are essential for this role.
- Travel around the region will be required for this position.
- A Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or equivalent qualification.
- Experience managing a house and rosters.
- Full Working Rights in Australia.
- A positive and resilient attitude.
- An annual bonus of $1000 after 12 months' continuous service.
- Six weeks leave per year plus 17.5% leave loading.
