As a key player in ensuring academic integrity, we are seeking a dedicated professional to handle student complaints and feedback.

About the Role

This role is responsible for processing student complaints and providing advice to staff on system operations and complaint management. Additionally, you will provide support to the Coordinator, Complaints and Conduct and Campus Deans in implementing the ACU Student Conduct Policy and Discipline Appeals Committees.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Academic Registrar and National Manager, Student Policy & Appeals to provide assistance relating to the Student Appeals Policy and interactions with external agencies such as courts and tribunals.
