The Complaints and Conduct Officer plays a vital role in maintaining a fair and safe learning environment for all students. This position is part of the team responsible for student complaints and appeals, ensuring that each case is handled professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the success of the student policy and appeals team
  • Support best practice in case management of student conduct, complaints and appeals matters

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team environment. They will also possess strong analytical and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

About the Role
