- Contribute to the success of the ACU Conduct, Complaints and Appeals Team
- Support best practice in the case management of student conduct, complaints and appeals matters

- Full time, continuing role at our North Sydney campus with some hybrid flexibility
Operating within Student Policy and Appeals, as the Complaints, Conduct and Appeals Officer, you'll process student complaints and feedback using the ACU student complaints system and provide advice to ACU staff in system operations and in the management of complaints. You'll also provide support to the Coordinator, Complaints and Conduct and the Campus Deans in the implementation of the ACU Student Conduct Policy and Discipline and Discipline Appeals Committees.
In addition, the position provides assistance to the Academic Registrar and the National Manager, Student Policy & Appeals relating to the Student Appeals Policy and interactions with the National Student Ombudsman in the production of documentation and submissions for external agencies including courts, tribunals, other legal bodies and registration authorities.

What We Offer

- Total remuneration valued to $112,625 - $120,977 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $95,170 - $102,227 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
