Exceptional Early Learning Centre Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to join our team as a Centre Manager at our Bennett Springs Early Learning Centre.
About the RoleAs a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and inspiring environment for our children, providing support and guidance to a talented team of educators, and ensuring that our centre is a place where children can thrive and reach their full potential.
With up to 90 beautiful and joyful children ranging from babies to kindy, you will play a key role in shaping the educational experience of our little ones. You will have the opportunity to witness special moments every day, such as children finding joy in learning something new, and be part of a community that makes a difference at the heart of the community.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant Degree or AQF Diploma in Children's Services
- Prior experience in a similar role
- The ability to lead and support a team
- A current First Aid HLTAID012 certificate
- A Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
