We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Director to lead our team at Bungawitta Early Learning Centre, a well-established service in Woodland Grove, Newnham. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to make a lasting impact on the lives of our children and families.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality education and care programs, inspiring and motivating our team to provide exceptional outcomes for children. You will be given the opportunity to lead the redevelopment of our facilities, ensuring they meet the needs of children and the community today while maintaining rich connections with the service's history.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver quality education and care programs
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework
- Collaborate with our leadership team to drive service improvement and innovation
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community
- Sound knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and Framework for School Aged Care
- Proven leadership experience in early childhood education and care
- Demonstrated commitment to professional learning and development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
